A planned community of 19 elegant, custom-designed residential homes located at the crossroads of Wellesley and Needham. Design Housing donated 20 acres of the land they purchased to the Town of Needham for conservation purposes. Based on the work of noted architect D. Michael Collins, The Grove's design and construction attracted widespread recognition and praise.
